WCCC offers developmental preschool in Newcastle, Upton, Moorcroft, and Hulett. Full time childcare is also available in Newcastle for children from birth to age 12.

Residents cheered on the Girls Basketball Team to their first state championship in 2023, Boys Basketball Team and the Girls Golf Team to back-to-back state championships in 2021 and 2022.
