The Weston County Children’s Center provides curriculum based learning and related special education services for children 3-5 through Region 3 Special Education Teachers.

The Weston County Children’s Center in Upton moved into its new building in 2003. Previously, Weston County School District #7 provided a classroom for them. They have been serving Upton for over twenty years.

The Weston County Children’s Center currently has forty students enrolled. There are six employees: two teachers, two aides, and two support staff.

Beyond academics and career development, WCSD #7 offers many extra-curricular activities for students. Residents cheered on the Girls Basketball Team to their first state championship in 2023, Boys Basketball Team and the Girls Golf Team to back-to-back state championships in 2021 and 2022. WCSD #7 is truly the center of the community!
