The Upton Golf Association is a community volunteer board that specializes in running and operating the Cedar Pines Golf Course in Upton, Wyoming. Cedar Pines, which has been open since 1984, provides recreation to Upton residents and students, and to non-residents as well. Cedar Pines features a nine-hole course, which hosts numerous community events and tournaments throughout the season. Some of the key events the Upton Golf Association hosts throughout the year at Cedar Pines Golf Course include high school golf tournaments, and the Joe Haynes Memorial Tournament at the annual community celebration, Upton Fun Days.

Beyond academics and career development, WCSD #7 offers many extra-curricular activities for students. Residents cheered on the Girls Basketball Team to their first state championship in 2023, Boys Basketball Team and the Girls Golf Team to back-to-back state championships in 2021 and 2022. WCSD #7 is truly the center of the community!
